LEONARD “BUTCH” HEYBRUCK – 1991 Leonard T. “Butch” Heybruck, 52, a former teacher in the Arlington Central School District, died Sunday at Hudson River Psychiatric Center in the Town of Poughkeepsie. He taught in the Arlington schools until his retirement in 1973. He was a former member of the Red Oaks Mill Fire Company and the Mid-County Rod and Gun Club. He was a member of St. Martin de Porres Roman Catholic Church in the Town of Poughkeepsie and was active in men’s slow-pitch softball leagues. He was born in Poughkeepsie on Jan. 30, 1939, the son of Edward T. Heybruck and the former Mary Wright. He graduated from Arlington High School and received bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the State University of New York College at Albany. In November of 1967 in Pougkeepsie, he married the former Bonnie Reiner.
